On this Eldridge, IA project we worked with builder Robert Schumacher with Robert Ryan’s Home and realtor Stephanie Kauzlarich of The Stephanie K Group with eXp Realty. We developed a three phase marketing strategy to build interest in the new home from the very early stages of construction. We visited the build site three times to capture content.
